Job Summary
Account Manager/Account Executive needed to manage ongoing client relationships and collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver top-tier candidates. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates via multiple channels, coordinating communications between clients and the agency, assisting in contract negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, conducting market research, and providing regular analytics and reporting on recruitment activities. Must be capable of leading by example, be a constant learner, and maintain a high level of consistency and results-driven performance. Strong emphasis on proactive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate client needs into effective recruitment solutions.
