Job Summary
Account Manager at Notified in NYC is responsible for managing the overall client relationship for assigned accounts within Public Relations and Investor Relations, driving renewals and upsell opportunities, expanding Notified’s product footprint, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires building strong client partnerships, coordinating with sales operations, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value propositions to accounts. Candidates should be highly organized with excellent communication skills, be able to manage a sales pipeline, and travel within the territory as needed. The position is hybrid, combining in-office collaboration (3 days/week) with work-from-home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, and offers a base salary in the $90k-$100k range plus monthly commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role
- PR/IR experience highly preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering presentations to large audiences
- Location: New York, NY (Hybrid role)
