Job Summary
Account Manager for EverDriven servicing the Northern California territory. Responsible for coordinating transportation services with school districts and parents, recruiting/credentialing service providers, overseeing field operations, ensuring safe, efficient transport, and maintaining high-quality customer service. Role involves travel up to five days per week, collaboration with internal teams and external partners, compliance with regulatory and client policies (including HIPAA/ePHI considerations), and ongoing communication with clients, providers, and officials. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in transportation and/or operations is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Drug Screen and Background Check is a Condition of Employment
