Account Manager, Northeast

Manage and sell Vesuvius products and services to drive customer satisfaction, generate new business, and grow acceptable sales and profit levels. Build successful long-term customer relationships by acting as the primary point of contact to resolve conflicts, handle individual needs, and coordinate site projects. Supervise Service Technicians where applicable, conduct standard product investigations, and lead trials to issue technical reports. Track sales account targets, monitor quarterly results and annual forecasts, and implement actions to improve performance and identify growth opportunities. Manage daily service activities including inventory planning, delivery schedules, invoicing, and preventative or emergency equipment maintenance.
