Job Summary
Account Manager, Physician Relations based in North Carolina or South Carolina (preferably near Charlotte) will serve as the daily point of contact for key physician partners, build and nurture healthcare-provider relationships, identify and establish new physician partnerships, expand physician networks to drive patient referrals, and lead meetings with physicians to ensure collaboration and satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and implementing account growth strategies, providing strategic insights to internal teams, representing the company at industry events, and adhering to pricing guidelines while maintaining ethical standards. Requires 5+ years in healthcare provider sales/account management, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), strong communication, business acumen, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; visa sponsorship is not provided and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider sales or account management
- Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with physicians
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices
