Job Summary
Account Manager for the Nordic region who will grow and expand an existing customer base in mid-market accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, building deep stakeholder relationships, and proving ROI through value-based selling. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities with MEDDICC, presenting new features and integrations to drive platform adoption, creating business cases and proposals aligned to budgeting cycles, and coordinating multi-threaded expansions across senior finance, procurement, and operations. Requires fluency in English and Danish, a background in SaaS account management or customer growth with proven expansion revenue, and strong capabilities in negotiations, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Role offers hybrid and fully remote options and sits within the Mid-Market Account Management team reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, Account Management.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Danish
- Experience in SaaS Account Management or Customer Growth with expansion revenue
- Strong understanding of value-based selling and consultative approach
- Contract negotiations and building business cases
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar qualification frameworks
- Forecasting accuracy and multi-threaded stakeholder management
- Ability to translate product features into financial value and ROI
- Comfort working with senior finance, procurement, and IT stakeholders
- Willingness to collaborate with Product and Marketing for roadmap feedback
