Prepare compelling sales presentations and customized proposals, collaborating with engineering and operations to resolve issues and expand market share. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, concrete construction experience, and the ability to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Concrete construction experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or formwork industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel as needed
- External candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA
