Job Summary
As an Account Manager at Nexo, you will manage accounts of selected high-net-worth individuals, utilizing email, phone, and Telegram to build and sustain strong relationships. Your role involves maximizing revenue by understanding and satisfying client needs with Nexo's products and services. Essential responsibilities include maintaining detailed knowledge of the product portfolio and competitors, ensuring up-to-date Salesforce records for accurate data management, and engaging with clients effectively. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within Fintech or Financial services.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to manage, follow and execute account management processes from start to finish
- Ability to adapt communication style according to the audience
- Self-driven, with the ability to deliver results in a high-paced environment
