Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for expanding accounts, boosting sales, and addressing customer needs through comprehensive data analysis and effective sales techniques. Responsibilities include selling Happy Floors Hard Surface flooring, increasing business for existing accounts, developing new accounts, and achieving sales targets. Requires strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to travel significantly for work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Microsoft Office skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
