Job Summary
Account Manager for NSW/ACT sales team to drive growth for Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands across North and West Sydney. Build customer relationships, drive distribution and rate of sale, lead promotional activity, deliver brand advocacy through tastings and presentations, ensure adherence to joint business plans and promotional activities, and provide feedback on market activity and compliance. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in FMCG, strong collaboration skills across diverse customers and teams, and thrive in an autonomous, high-performing environment with strong organizational and communication abilities. This role reports to the State Sales Manager and offers onboarding, professional development, and a pathway to grow within a leading global Super Premium wine company.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years FMCG experience (minimum)
- Wine industry experience a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-performance environment
- Organised and adaptable
