Job Summary
Account Manager to drive growth of Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands across NSW/ACT; manage a portfolio of accounts in Wollongong, Canberra, Southern Highlands and Southern NSW. Build brand profile through customer presentations, tastings, and advocacy; drive distribution, rate of sale, and promotional activities aligned with Super Premium positioning; ensure customer adherence to joint business plans and promotional activities; provide feedback to National Accounts on compliance and market activity. Requires a minimum of 2 years FMCG experience; wine industry experience is beneficial; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to thrive autonomously in a high-performing environment and drive quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience with a FMCG company.
- Wine industry experience/knowledge is a benefit but not essential as you will get on the job training.
- The ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Thrive in an autonomous environment, free from office routine and in a high performing culture delivering quality outcomes.
