Job Summary
Account Manager at Netflix Ads responsible for leading the full campaign execution workflow from pre-to-post sale as a strategic partner to Sales, including developing media plans, coordinating RFP responses, asset gathering, working with cross-functional teams for asset production and flawless order implementation, monitoring delivery performance, providing post-campaign reports, and maintaining deep knowledge of ad products, targeting capabilities and policies. The role emphasizes client service, collaboration with Sales Partners, and ongoing optimization and billing coordination in a fast-paced entertainment-advertising context.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry
- Experience with Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers)
- Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP advertising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven project management skills with ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders
- Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar
