Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for selling sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing customers in Wisconsin. Build strong relationships, deliver sales presentations, and provide technical service and consultation to help develop sanitation plans, evaluate processes, and identify operational efficiencies. Manage product and equipment installations, test performance, adjust chemical concentrations, and support employee training. Develop strategic sales/service plans for new and existing customers, coordinate with plant staff across levels, and travel within a ~100-mile radius (territory coverage) with up to 50% overnight travel. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a related manufacturing or technical sales environment, plus a valid driver's license. Territorial roles based in Menomonie, Eau Claire, Marshfield, or Rice Lake, WI.

- 2 years of experience in food, beverage or dairy processing/manufacturing environment OR 2 years of selling into manufacturing environments in technical sales
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
