Job Summary
Proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage client accounts, support customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, managing client accounts and inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, monitoring account performance and identifying growth opportunities, preparing reports and account updates, onboarding new clients and maintaining account records, resolving client concerns with effective solutions, supporting business development and client retention efforts. Requirements emphasize experience in account management, customer service, sales or related roles; strong communication and relationship-building skills; excellent organizational and time management abilities; ability to manage multiple accounts/projects; problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheets; ability to work independently and collaboratively; and a client-focused mindset.
