Job Summary
Account Manager role focusing on post-launch accountability for assigned cardiac device clinic accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, drive account renewals, and expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling Murj’s cardiac device management platform and clinical services. Collaborate with Sales and Legal to quote services, manage contract renewals, and support overall account growth. Requires deep understanding of cardiac device clinic operations, proactive account management, and the ability to align customer needs with Murj’s platform capabilities. Strong emphasis on data-driven insights, executive-facing business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration. Must be comfortable working independently with proactive ownership and occasional travel (11-20%). Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM analytics is expected; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Remote work in the US is supported with limited travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a clinical or healthcare-related field
- Clinical background in cardiac device clinic
- Experience in sales, contract negotiation, and renewal management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
