Job Summary
Account Manager in Murfreesboro, TN responsible for dedicated service support to sales associates and clients, including order intake, vendor coordination, pricing, production scheduling, and tracking from production through delivery. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an account management, print production, or expanded services coordination role preferred
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and promotional products
- Strong working knowledge of Excel using VLOOKUP, pivot tables and formulas
- Experience managing inventory and large variable kitting projects
- Direct mail with extensive mailing list management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
