Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for servicing agency and advertiser relationships, overseeing campaigns from kickoff through implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing. Collaborates with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance to deliver world-class customer service and solutions, educate customers on the DoubleVerify product suite, and identify growth opportunities within existing portfolios. Manages day-to-day client processes including onboarding, reporting, remediation, and billing, ensures quality of service, and conducts kick-off and ongoing client calls to understand campaign deliverables. Maintains relationships with clients at senior and mid-management levels and drives cross-studio collaboration to meet client goals in a hybrid Mumbai-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent/higher level of education
- Experience in Sales or Account Management
- Direct experience working at one or more of the following: advertising agency, publisher, ad network or demand side platform
- Experience with Ad Serving technology
- Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace
- Experience managing online media products and technologies such as experience with creative trafficking, campaign management, or ad serving
