Job Summary
Field-based Account Manager in Brazil responsible for both client retention and growth through contract expansion and introduction of Gartner’s products and services. You will consult with C-level executives to develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies that maximize value delivered by Gartner’s offerings. Responsibilities include account management with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth; managing a quota of $300k+ within a defined territory across São Paulo, Paraná, and Santa Catarina; mastery of Gartner’s sales methodology; account planning and territory management; forecast accuracy; maintaining competitive knowledge; and in-depth knowledge of Gartner’s products and services. Requires 8+ years of proven consultative sales experience in high-tech environments, strong executive presence, ability to build relationships at the C-level, and proficiency in English. Hybrid work environment offered.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consultative sales in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment) with proven success
- strong client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
- knowledge of full sales lifecycle
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- advanced/ fluent English
