Job Summary

Senior Account Manager role based onsite in Sydney CBD, overseeing Sydney and Melbourne hospitality operations. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage day-to-day operations and administration, drive budgets and KPIs, coordinate events and marketing activations, ensure safety and compliance, and lead a team of ~12 hospitality professionals across two locations. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, reporting to key stakeholders, driving customer experience and service delivery, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Strong leadership, people-management, and relationship-building skills are required, along with experience managing multiple priorities across two sites and working rights in Australia.
