Job Summary
Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team responsible for managing annual planning timelines, ensuring client deliverables are prepared on time, and leading strategic planning, renewals, marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation, and employee communications for assigned clients. Independently produce accurate materials, audit work to minimize errors, leverage carrier partnerships to advocate for clients, drive great client experiences, and support retention efforts. Stay organized, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and proactively plan to meet deadlines while developing and simplifying benefit guides.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid Florida 2-15 insurance license
- At least 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills
