Job Summary
Account Manager on our Enterprise Account Management team, responsible for owning a portfolio of business customers of varying sizes, building a clear understanding of their goals, product usage, risks, and growth potential; identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and guiding them through the opportunity pipeline; coordinating internal resources to support product adoption and deployment; and leading strategic account activities such as account planning, renewals, and client visits to ensure long-term success and value from our products in a fast-growing global business.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience managing customer relationships or customer engagements
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking for identifying opportunities and growing accounts
- Data-driven approach to sales with knowledge of or experience using key sales tools
- Nice to have: Experience with international B2B clients
- Nice to have: Prior experience in the technology sector
- Strategic Account Management experience
