Job Summary
Account Manager for Mid-Market accounts responsible for owning a portfolio, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, re-engaging existing customers, aligning solutions to evolving needs, and driving revenue growth. Role emphasizes adoption and value realization through monitoring product usage, regular business reviews, and collaboration with Customer Success and Sales to maximize account potential; proficient use of CRM tools (Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting; strong communication and analytical skills to support growth and long-term retention.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within an account management or relationship focused sales role
- Experience in B2B sales managing Mid-market clients
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with VARS or Channel partners to support growth
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth and expansion
- Highly motivated, coachable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
