Job Summary
Drive profitable sales of organic peroxides and metal alkyls across Central America while achieving revenue and volume targets. Manage relationships with direct customers, distributors, and sales partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Develop sales strategies, account plans, and forecasts, then monitor performance to recommend pricing strategies that maximize growth. Collaborate with Technical Service, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to deliver product recommendations and support contract compliance and billing accuracy. Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to identify additional growth opportunities. Represent Nouryon professionally throughout the region and participate in regional marketing initiatives. This permanent, full-time role requires onsite attendance five days a week at the Los Reyes plant in La Paz.
Required Qualifications
- Fully fluent English (written and spoken)
- Able to work onsite 5 days a week at our Los Reyes plant

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the chemical manufacturing industry or a technical sales environment
- Strong negotiation, project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proven success influencing customers, closing deals, and managing key accounts
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of SAP, preferably within Sales & Distribution
- Strong computer skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- This is a permanent, full-time, fully on-site role 5 days/week at our plant in Los Reyes (La Paz)
