Job Summary
Account Manager will partner with Account Executives servicing clients, developing strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, membership and revenue for existing customers. Responsibilities include developing working relationships with client contacts to ensure renewal and retention, executing tactical components of the account team's business plan for the customer, collaborating with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues, and collaborating with team members on client installation. Travel up to 25% and open enrollment meetings are part of the role. Requires health insurance industry experience, proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (e-mail, Word, PowerPoint), Teams, Salesforce, and ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Health Insurance industry experience
- Candidate must reside locally to Pittsburgh and/or Erie
- Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Salesforce, AI
- Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills
- Travel required up to 25% (Possible overnight travel)
- Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
- Active Life and Health License in state of residence (preferred)
