Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, including building relationships, training customers to leverage Meriplex products, developing long-lasting partnerships, leading executive business reviews, and driving sales growth. Develop deep understanding of client needs and technical landscape to create targeted solutions and cross-sell opportunities; deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiations to close deals; maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach; oversee onboarding and drive product adoption; conduct customer training; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Equipment sales, vCIOs and TAMs to ensure seamless experiences; track success metrics, analyze data for trends, and stay current on Meriplex products and solutions; participate in sales and product trainings. This role requires 7+ years of B2B sales in IT/Operations contexts, 3+ years in customer success for Managed/Professional Services and Unified Communications, a proven quota-reddening track record, and strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of experience selling or in customer success for Managed Services, Professional Services, and Unified Communications solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Well-rounded technical knowledge in Windows, networking, and M365 (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
