Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from building relationships to training customers to leverage Meriplex products and services. Develop deep understanding of client needs and technical landscape to create targeted solutions, lead executive business reviews, drive sales growth and renewals, onboard clients, deliver training, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Equipment sales, vCIOs and TAMs to ensure a seamless customer experience. Track client success metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain strong knowledge of Meriplex products and solutions to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of experience selling or in customer success for Managed Services, Professional Services, and Unified Communications solutions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
