Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, building relationships, delivering tailored solutions, leading executive business reviews, and driving sales growth. Role emphasizes managing client portfolios, cross-selling, onboarding, client training, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Equipment sales, vCIOs and TAMs to ensure high customer satisfaction and renewal protection. Requires strong relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and a solid technical background in Windows, networking, and M365 (preferred). Compensation includes base salary plus commission with OTE around $150K.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on IT/Operations executives
- 3+ years of experience selling or in customer success for Managed Services, Professional Services, and Unified Communications solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Well-rounded technical knowledge in Windows, networking, and M365 (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
