Job Summary
Oversee a key Marsden account by conducting daily building inspections to maintain quality standards and ensuring the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Manage all associate-related matters including time and pay, training, safety, discipline, and performance appraisals for a team of 40+ employees. Complete required documentation such as personnel action forms, incident reports, and attendance verification while maintaining inventory of cleaning products and equipment. Meet with the customer regularly to correct deficiencies within 24 hours and interpret the annual budget review process for labor, supplies, and equipment.
