Account Manager, Medically Integrated Dispensing

Job Summary

Strategize, plan, and execute value-add activities for community oncology practices to drive account retention and growth. Understand practice business challenges and advise on buying cycles while articulating the ROI of McKesson's MID solutions. Resolve customer issues through triage and escalation, establishing feedback systems to monitor satisfaction and anticipate needs. Support credentialing and re-credentialing tasks, creating timelines and action plans while maintaining documentation. Monitor pharmacy operations impacts on financial performance, creating business plans and growth projections. Collaborate with Oncology Account Executives and clinical specialists to ensure consistent service levels. Maintain knowledge of the industry, competition, and pharmacy workflow to act as a thought leader. Hybrid schedule with two on-site days per week at the Irving, TX office; 50% travel required. Base pay range $83,300 - $138,900.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 4+ years account management or pharmacy operations
  • Experience in provider consulting, field sales, and/or product management
  • Knowledge of pharmacy systems, pharmacy operations and pharmacy workflow
  • Demonstrated experience in developing customer improvement plans
  • Team collaboration/team player
  • Community Oncology experience
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician or equivalent pharmacy experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Sponsorship is not available for this position
  • If the selected candidate lives within a 50-mile radius of our Irving, TX Office location, the expectation will be that the Employee will have a hybrid schedule and be required to work on-site a minimum of two (2) days per week
  • Travel requirement 50%
