Job Summary
Account Manager for Medical Supply Inside Sales, handling a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts, driving cross-selling and upselling of medical supplies and marketplace offerings, and developing strong customer relationships by understanding operational pain points and purchasing needs. Responsibilities include proactive engagement of high-performing accounts to deepen relationships and maximize revenue growth, developing recovery strategies for at-risk accounts, tracking account performance metrics and revenue contribution, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes, and maintaining accurate CRM documentation and account records.
Required Qualifications
- Completed 4-year college degree
- 2-4+ years of experience in medical sales
- Proven ability to engage in cold calling and drive lead conversion and sales growth
- Proven cross-selling and upselling experience with 50+ accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and learn about the industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus
