Account Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Industrial Manufacturing)

Account Manager responsible for profitably growing sales in assigned customer base with face-to-face field engagements. Responsibilities include prospecting for new accounts, increasing core and cross-sell opportunities, partnering with internal teams to drive sales growth, forecasting and bidding, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering superior customer service. Must operate a company or personal vehicle (MVR check required) and travel is typically less than 10% overnight. Requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 2-5 years of related experience (MS/MA acceptable with 2-4 years); some areas may require certification. Located in Kelowna, BC, Canada; effective in-field account management and cross-functional collaboration with vendors, Credit, and A/R; strong product knowledge and regular attendance at company meetings.
