Job Summary
Manage a national portfolio of Multi-Dwelling Unit accounts by building long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and management firms to drive revenue growth and market share. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives for bulk broadband and video services while analyzing penetration rates to execute strategies that maximize adoption and reduce churn. Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite executives and board members, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve property issues and ensuring customer commitments are met. Develop tactical sales plans, maintain accurate CRM data, and report progress on weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to leadership. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in Montana offices with up to 20% travel, offering uncapped commission potential within a team focused on expanding fiber connectivity across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 4+ years professional work experience
- 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in effective proposal and contract negotiations
- Valid driver's license
- Insurance
- Access to reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling data, voice and/or video solutions in an MDU environment
- Track record of success in MDU
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time annually
- Ability to work effectively with customers at C-Level and other levels of management
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple businesses units and customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Extensive computer application experience including Teams, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Salesforce or similar CRM
- Well organized, good time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, receive direction from multiple sources, and balance multiple work tasks at once
- History of identifying problems, gathering data, consulting others, soliciting input, weighing the facts, making decisions, and effectively implementing the decision
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Willingness to learn and continue to learn
