Job Summary

Account Manager manages an assigned book of business, serves as primary client contact, ensures achievement of service and renewal goals and maintains high quality standards. Works with Operations Manager to maintain proactive client communication, responds professionally and timely to internal and client requests, understands clients’ long-term goals and budget constraints, demonstrates consistent quality control, and seeks to grow the business through budgeting/estimates and proactive performance improvements.
