Job Summary
Account Manager for Maternal Infant Care (MIC) Sales Specialist responsible for driving territorial growth of perinatal solutions. Key duties include meeting sales and profit objectives, managing CRM SFDC funnel forecasting, developing call cycles based on business plans, maintaining and growing customer relationships, coordinating with MIC modality teams and Marketing to execute promotional events, promoting MIC offerings by customer segment, maintaining knowledge of MIC solutions, performing product demonstrations/trials, leading and coordinating proposals and quotations, ensuring accurate order entry and configuration, and tracking customer interactions in SFDC. Comply with GEHC Quality Manual and related policies, complete required training, identify and report quality or compliance concerns, and drive continuous improvement in quality-related processes. Qualifications include at least an Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3 years of sales experience in healthcare as an asset; strong interpersonal, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills; willingness to travel within the geographic region and attend sales meetings/tradeshows.
