Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for leading day-to-day client relationships for a large CPG packaging design account. Duties include coordinating cross-functional teams from design through production, delivering regular client updates, ensuring on-time deliverables, managing scope changes with approvals, and presenting strategic recommendations. Requires ensuring deliverables meet client objectives and briefs, supervising project lifecycle from creative briefs to final delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand services while maintaining high standards of quality and timelines. Candidates should bring 3-5 years of agency experience in account/project management, packaging design experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of creative agency experience in Account Management and/or Project Management
- Experience in packaging design from start to finish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote) and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign) advantageous
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Collaborative approach to working within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage a large volume of projects
