Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of PSA Exchange buyers, developing tailored strategies to grow their businesses. Monitor buying performance and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Guide new sellers through setup, best practices, and marketplace tools to ensure smooth adoption and success. Advise accounts on pricing, inventory strategy, and other opportunities to improve conversion and buying velocity. Represent account needs internally by surfacing insights and feature requests that improve PSA Exchange performance and usability. Support special programs, campaigns, or events designed to drive awareness and participation in PSA Exchange. This role blends relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic growth planning within the Collectors ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience and familiarity with trading cards
- Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including external, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- 2–5+ years of experience in account management or client success (preferably in eCommerce, collectibles, or B2B SaaS)
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for onsite work most of the time if living within 1 hour commuting distance to Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ offices
- Travel of up to 10% is required for this role
- As part of the interview process, candidates must have their cameras on during video interviews
