Job Summary
Account Manager for Electrolux major and small appliances in Melbourne/Victoria. Responsible for managing an assigned territory, driving revenue and profit targets, and executing business strategies aligned with account investments and promotions. Develop store business plans, conduct business reviews with Business Owners, Franchisees, Buyers and Department Managers, identify sales opportunities, and present and execute monthly Key Account Management channel plans. Responsibilities include product training, product and display maintenance, monitoring competitor/market activity, inventory/order/claims management, and handling service calls and general customer sales. Required skills include sales/account-management experience in the White Goods/retail/consumer goods sector, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong commercial thinking, analytical ability (Power BI/SAP/CRM proficiency), negotiation, clear communication, and collaboration across teams.
