Job Summary
Meet with identified Healthcare customers on an assigned cadence to review, enhance, and identify opportunities. Act as the point of contact with existing clients to answer queries, increase satisfaction, address needs, and provide education on HVAC, plumbing, and automation services. Consult with customers to develop goals, success criteria, and strategies for sales renewals and upselling. Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within specific buildings or accounts. Communicate all available MacDonald-Miller services to facility managers, property managers, building owners, and business owners. Ensure CRM is updated and deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Reports to the Senior Project Executive on a collaborative team supporting new construction, special projects, and performance contracting initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of understanding of Mechanical Systems and how they operate
- Expertise leveraging a deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems in medical and critical environments to explain services to existing clients
- College degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of customer relationship management software
- Solid understanding of MS Office & Excel
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
- Passionate with a can-do attitude
- Self-Motivated with tons of initiative
- A top tier problem solver
