Job Summary
Account Manager at GuestWorld (outsourcing/HR solutions) responsible for managing and developing B2B Mid-Market client relationships, executing a structured upsell/cross-sell playbook, coordinating with Product/Tech/Operations, negotiating contracts and renewals, and tracking account metrics. Requires 2+ years in B2B Mid-Market SaaS, strong communication, experience closing deals with international clients, autonomous, and English proficiency (Spanish/French valued); mobility/Rent-a-Car experience a plus. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in B2B account management (Mid-Market)
- Experience in technology/SaaS (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience closing deals with international clients in multiple markets
- Autonomous and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills (Spanish or French valued)
- Experience in Rent-a-Car/Mobility is a plus
