Job Summary
Account Manager (m/f/d) in Southern Germany responsible for active revenue generation through target-group-specific demonstrations of 3D laser scanners, primarily for customers in building, land, and factory surveying. Analyze customer requirements and advise on end-to-end hardware and software solutions, considering the customer's software landscape. Develop new customer segments and projects beyond traditional channels. Generate qualified leads and provide market/competitive intelligence to support revenue and growth. Requires strong technical understanding, knowledge of CAD/point-cloud workflows, consultative selling in a capital-goods environment, excellent communication and presentation skills, initiative, travel willingness, and the ability to work independently. Experience in channel/partner management is advantageous. German and English proficiency. Offers permanent employment, 30 days of leave, flexible hours, company car, development opportunities, and home office options.
Required Qualifications
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis (z.B. technische Ausbildung, HTL, Studium)
- Gutes Verständnis von technischen Zusammenhängen, digitalen workflows und eingesetzter Software (z.B. CAD Systeme)
- Einschlägige Vertriebserfahrung im erklärungsbedürftigen Investitionsgüterumfeld
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Lösungs- und Anwendungsorientierung sowie Innovationskraft
- Reisebereitschaft
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
