Job Summary
Account Manager, Luxury & Suite Sales responsible for prospecting new clients and setting appointments, delivering in-person and virtual sales presentations, and closing multi-year suite and luxury seating agreements for Hard Rock Stadium and related events. duties include selling Miami Dolphins season ticket memberships via B2C and B2B campaigns, nurturing relationships through events and meetings, and achieving revenue metrics. Requires 3+ years in sports ticket sales, strong communication with C-Level/high-net-worth individuals, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work non-traditional hours; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Location-based at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL with on-site responsibilities and travel within South Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of sports ticket sales experience
- Proven ability to influence and present to executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Archtics and Microsoft CRM a plus
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and game days
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of prior sports ticket sales with a proven track-record of selling multi-year agreements and exceeding revenue goals
- Ability to influence, communicate with and present to C-Level executives and high-net-worth individuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Ticketmaster’s Archtics platform and Microsoft CRM is a plus
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and game days
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
