Job Summary
Account Manager for Hoist & Crane Service Group in Louisville focused on building long-term client relationships in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of customers, developing new business and sales opportunities, meeting ambitious sales quotas, reading sales reports, CRM usage, and utilizing multiple marketing methods to promote solutions. The role offers full-service equipment repair and support for Overhead Cranes, Industrial Elevators, and Dock & Door, with coordination across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely paperwork, quotes, and accurate communications. Strong emphasis on verbal and written communication, client interaction at customer offices or jobsites, and ability to drive profitable revenue in the assigned territory. Candidates should have knowledge of heavy equipment repair and maintenance, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a mechanically inclined mindset. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass drug tests/background checks are required. Education to HS Diploma/GED is required, with a Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred, and training is provided by the employer.
Required Qualifications
