Job Summary
Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of longtail accounts in the DACH region as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across Perk's Travel and Spend solutions. Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support by anticipating customer needs while responding to inbound queries. Champion Perk to clients and your clients within Perk to drive expansion, upsell, and retention in line with company business goals. Gain a deep understanding of Perk's products to guide customers through each stage of their journey, utilizing AI-enabled tools to research accounts, draft outreach, and synthesize information. Identify and act on growth opportunities within your portfolio, including cross-selling between Travel and Spend where relevant. This role requires native or advanced German and fluent English, with interviews conducted in Barcelona, and offers competitive compensation, equity, and up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days.
