Job Summary
Account Executive for Long View's Toronto office focusing on providing Hybrid IT and cloud/infrastructure solutions (O365, Azure, and related services) to clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, project oversight, consulting and strategy to optimize IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities for account growth (cross-sell/upsell), budget and scope management, clear client communication, detailed progress reporting, cross-functional collaboration, strategic account planning, and staying informed on industry trends and technologies. Requires 10+ years in IT account management or client services, experience with managed and professional services, cloud services, Microsoft and Cisco stack, solution-based selling, proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and Agile methodologies. Travel to Ontario and Eastern Canada as needed. Proficiency with CRM tools and prior IT consulting experience are highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in account management, or client services in the IT consulting or professional services sector
- Proven experience in managing client accounts in managed and professional services, cloud services, Microsoft and Cisco stack and/or technology consulting
- Experience with solution-based selling and proven success in IT Security, Azure Services, Copilot AI, Data & Dynamics 365, Managed IT Services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM required
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including cloud computing, networks, security, storage solutions, and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile), and enterprise technology solutions
- Effective presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
