Job Summary
Account Manager to own and grow Vendelux's event organizer partner program. Primary point of contact for an organizer portfolio, managing data workflows, delivering audience insights, and collaborating with product, data, and commercial teams to maintain high partnership standards. Ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically inclined, and skilled at building trusted relationships in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Remote-based in the UK (preferably near London) with the right to work in the UK. Responsibilities include onboarding partners end-to-end, managing data flows (attendee lists, segmentation files, sponsor deliverables), delivering audience insights reports (demographics, seniority, intent signals), and identifying expansion opportunities across events, renewals, webinars, and media partnerships. Required: 4-8+ years of experience in Account Management at B2B SaaS or growth-stage startups; proven track record in renewals, expansions, and executive relationships; strong analytical skills and comfort with data, dashboards, and reporting; excellent communication and self-starter mindset; familiarity with events marketing landscape.
