Job Summary
Account Manager for Locate.ai — own the full real estate lifecycle for corporate accounts, from onboarding to lease execution, as the primary liaison and lead broker for franchisor and enterprise clients. Leverage Locate’s AI agents and predictive models to source sites, evaluate locations, draft and negotiate LOIs, and support lease execution while feeding client insights back to product. Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and brokers to shape AI-driven commercial real estate decisions and deliver data-driven recommendations to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Real estate salesperson’s license preferred
- licensure after joining if not possessed
- strong communication and relationship management skills
- experience with enterprise account management/support
- familiarity with presenting data driven results to clients
