Job Summary
Drive sustainable profitable sales and market share growth by identifying customer needs, opportunities, and risks while building long-term relationships. Lead strategic commercial negotiations for annual pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements, and manage the reactive and proactive customer project pipeline including country and consumer studies. Support market knowledge development through customer activities, strategies, and brands, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and internal stakeholders. Manage account plans and engage with cross-functional teams to deliver relevant solutions. Based in Dubai, this role requires minimum 3-5 years of experience in the ingredients field.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of Experience in the Ingredients field
- Experience in working with international, cross cultural and cross functional teams
- Open minded, strong agility and shows courage
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
- Commercial mindset, bottom line oriented
- Team player, ability to motivate others towards a common goal to achieve results
- Excellent influencing skills across all levels within the organization
