Job Summary
Account Manager to support the commercial team across the Lismore to Yamba account base. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve/exceed budgeted sales, maximise profit and product mix; build strong partnerships with clients to grow market share; identify opportunities for new business; address local opportunities and counter competitor activities; manage budgets aligned to company expectations; collaborate with the Bunnings network to provide best Price, Range and Service; ensure a personal commitment to safety. The role emphasizes relationship-building with new customers, driving sales, market growth, and contributing to an inclusive, safety-conscious team culture.
