Job Summary
Account Manager to manage a portfolio of schools, multi-academy trusts, and education customers across the UK and Ireland, driving renewals and identifying opportunities to expand adoption of Lightspeed EdTech solutions. Build relationships with school leaders, IT teams, safeguarding professionals, and operational stakeholders; lead renewal conversations to achieve retention targets; conduct regular account reviews; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities; monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention. Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues and improve outcomes, and maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce. Stay informed on trends in the UK education market and share customer feedback with Product and Marketing teams; experience in SaaS/EdTech and familiarity with UK schools is preferred. The role emphasizes remote work with UK-based customers and a British education market focus, and requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 2+ years in account management, customer success, renewals, or B2B sales.
