Job Summary
Outside sales Account Manager responsible for developing and closing blood drive partnerships in the Texarkana region, building relationships with businesses, schools, churches, and community leaders, delivering presentations to secure participation, scheduling and coordinating blood drives, and managing an existing account base. You will track outreach and maintain a strong sales pipeline, meet and exceed performance goals, and use bilingual abilities to book and coordinate blood drives in Spanish-speaking communities as you advance through LEVEL II/III responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field, plus at least two (2) years of sales, business development or other relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the job duties.
